House rules

In order to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid possible misunderstandings we ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules.

• Since the garden is in the process of being decorated and built, we ask for your understanding and not to move around parts that are not part of the accommodation unit.
• Entry into the facility to persons not listed at the time of booking is not permitted, and bringing guests is possible only with prior notice and approval of the owner of the facility
• Smoking is not allowed inside the facility.
• Small pets are allowed exceptionally, with prior notice and for a fee
• Weapons, explosive and flammable materials are not allowed.
• Devices, equipment and furniture are not allowed to be taken out of the facility.
• Night rest or peace lasts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
• Before leaving, check that all lights are turned off, electrical appliances are turned off, and taps are closed. In particular, we ask you to turn off the air conditioning when there is no one in the room, or when the windows and doors in the room are open.
• Be sure to lock the door when you leave.
• It is forbidden to leave mobile devices, laptops, tablets, etc. on the charger on the bed unattended.
• When using the stove, be sure to turn on the hood.
• You are required to take care of your belongings and valuable items that you leave in the room. The host is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
• The host does not have the right to enter the accommodation unit while the guests are absent, except in special cases when entry is necessary to prevent possible damage or danger. In such cases, the owner is obliged to inform the guests about entering the room.
• The guest is responsible for damage caused by his fault, and he is obliged to report and pay for it at the time of damage.
• In the event of failure to comply with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest's further provision of services without refund.
