In order to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the rules of the house rules:
- The stay starts on the day of arrival from 14:00 h, and on the day of departure you are obliged to leave the facility by 10:00 h in order to clean it and prepare it for the next guests who come on the same day.
- Please keep the apartment or room in good condition and respect the principles of good neighborly relations with other guests.
- The night break lasts from 23:00 to 07:00.
- It is forbidden to take out devices and equipment from the apartments and rooms (towels, blankets, chairs, etc.)
- The owner is not obliged to clean the apartment / room during the guests' stay.
- The owner is responsible for changing bed linen and towels every 7 days.
- Please check that all lights are off, electrical appliances are switched off, and taps are closed before leaving the room. We especially ask you to turn off the air conditioning when there is no one in the room, or when the windows and doors in the room are open.
- It is forbidden to leave mobile devices, laptops, tablets, etc. on the charger on the bed without supervision.
- The use of cookers and other electric or gas appliances for food preparation is prohibited in the rooms.
- Be sure to close the door in the main hallway behind you.
- Guests are required to take care of their belongings and valuables they leave in the room. The owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance.
- The owner has no right to enter the room while guests are away, except in special cases when entry is necessary to prevent possible damage or danger. In such cases, the owner is obliged to inform the guests about entering the room.
- The guest is responsible for the damage caused by his fault, and he is obliged to report and pay for it at the time of the damage.
- Other persons not listed at the time of booking confirmation are not allowed.
- We do not accept pets in the rooms.
- Smoking is prohibited in all accommodation units.
- Weapons and explosive and highly flammable materials are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest's further provision of services without refund.
